Newtown Township Police Department would like to remind all residents of Newtown Grant to please adhere to the posted speed limits and stop signs within the neighborhood. The Police department has received complaints and has requested police enforcement.
Our officers have been instructed to strictly enforce the traffic laws to ensure for the safety of our community members, so please slow down and yield to pedestrians. Pedestrians are also asked to walk on the sidewalks and pathways designed for pedestrian traffic rather in the the street for your safety.
