Important Announcement for All Society Place! Please be advised that Phase 1 of the milling and paving project is scheduled to begin Monday, September 28th. Phase 1 (map below) will include the first section HIGHLIGHTED IN PURPLE. All owners MUST advise tenants to move their vehicles to the middle section of Society Place. No vehicles can be in this area (in purple) on the morning of September 28th. They will mill on day 1 and pave on day 2. (weather permitting) You must have your vehicle moved by the morning of September 28th! If your vehicle is not moved, and is left in Phase I on the morning of September 28th, it will be towed at your expense. We will have a tow truck on site the morning of September 28th to move your vehicle if you do not move it. You will not be able to park your vehicle back in your regular spot until Friday, pending approval from management. The area will be sectioned off for the milling and paving project and we will advise you when you can park back in your normal spot. NO vehicles or bikes can drive over/on the new ashphalt until it is dry and has cured. Please take all necessary steps NOW to have your vehicle moved over to the middle section of Society Place. Please look at the map. You cannot park anywhere on the areas in PURPLE. You are not permitted to park on North Drive per the Township. The township is aware of this project.
